@PPEcel since your already rich and have experienced rich fag life. would would you choosr?
I am an upper-middle-classcel. I was brutally wealthmogged at my boarding school.
$100 million, no question. Absolutely no question.
I mean, do you guys have any fucking idea how much that is? With proper financial management, you are quite literally set for life even if you spend $2 million a year, a lifestyle that less than 0.1% of humans can ever experience. And you get to experience that lifestyle not in your 50s and 60s (because it usually takes decades of very hard work and/or very good luck to reach that income bracket), but at a relatively young age.
You are free to obtain second or even third passports on an investor's visa. Alongside it you can afford two or maybe three pieces of property in some of the world's most exclusive neighborhoods. Atherton, CA or the Upper East Side. Fisher Island in Miami or Knightsbridge, London. Monaco or the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The Mid-Levels in Hong Kong or Azabu, Tokyo.
To me, the appeal of $100M is less about bling (because, to be honest, bling gets boring after a while), and more about global mobility and flexibility.
After a decade or so, depending on the markets, you might even have enough money to build a social network without dipping too much into your pot. Sizeable donations to someone's political campaign, an art museum, a research hospital, or a think tank will definitely get you an audience. No one will care about the fact that you are a framelet with a 2/10 face. Someone will kiss your ass if you hand them a 6-figure check. My high school served lobster and filet for lunch whenever the Board came to visit. We loved our benefactors.
If it was a 7-digit sum then I'd possibly consider picking teen Chad instead. Don't get me wrong, $5 million is still a life-changing sum of money, but once you hit 9 figs, it's an entirely different situation. Another league entirely.
Anyone who picks being a Chad (a group far less exclusive than being a U.S. dollar centimillionaire) is delusional.
