Villains are almost always portrayed as ugly, this is why there is a societal bias against ugly people, they are presumed evil.

This one eye-opening quote and very telling when it comes to humans. Humans love acting like they are not superificial and dont care about looks. But whenever you look at their actions and the way "bad people" are potrayed they cant leave out the looks factor.
