I highly doubt anyone is going to go on the dark net just to talk about being an incel. Even if dark net incel sites exist, they probably have a userbase of close to zero people

If you want an alternative your best bet is probably discord, but I don't use discord so I can't help you with that. I've heard incel servers on discord get routinely brigaded and banned though
