Gaming Titanfall 2 Confusion

I play Titanfall 2 and for the longest time I've mained Tone. Throughout my time on the internet I've heard people complain about tone, saying that it's too easy, you don't need any iq to play that titan and I've always shrugged it off. Recently I've played a little Scorch and Leigon, and I've been able to deal a lot more damage as those titans that I do with Tone (done on frontier defence). Could it be that literally everyone in the Titanfall community just has a skill issue with Tone or just jumped on a bandwagon?

I thought cheaters killed Titan Fall 2, as far as I remember it was a great game with advanced movements and a solid campaign too

Servers were patched a month or 2 ago

So can most titans

Only ronin, northstar and scorch and ronin is close range while the others have slow fire rate

You can't quick tap a pilot as legion? Or use that one laser Ion has? Or just straight up melee?
