I doubt it's more than 2 decades away, we could see it even sooner. Such an AI would make huge advances in every field of science and could create stuff like games, art (perfectly, not like current AI) etc.. all by themselves. It could also create incredibly bad computer viruses or just design an actual virus to wipe out humanity. First company to create it will rule the world. If it doesn't get used for evil the vidya would be sweet though, if it does I'm down for some post apocalyptic battle royale

There's an AI called chatgpt or whatever that's already pretty good. Saw comp sci normies talking (stressing) about it on TikTok.

It's impressive for a neural network but it's definitely not what I said. Not even close to it. Didn't realise there were that many uses to it though, interesting.

Gigalifefuel tbh. I don't care if AI wipes humanity anyway, so I have nothing to loose. Only copes to gain from the AI.
