I found a real Nazi-age document with explanations of height categories for men.

Those were the categories for men:
Average: 169-173cm
Tall: 174-179cm
Very tall: 180+cm

Its crazy how much the average height changed with 100 years...

Wasn't average height back then 5'9?

Fuck, even 5'9 considered manlet in modern day.

does 6'0 in those days considered giga tallfag?

Yes. Very tall category started from 180cm. 6ft is 183cm, so it was almost a giant.

And in the first half of 19th century in England, average height for men was 160cm.

5'10 for SS LSSAH (the elite bodyguard division of Waffen-SS)

Other SS units had slightly lower standards at 5'9.

Over the war, standards were dropped for recruits. For non elite divisions (SS-Freiwilligen and Waffen division of the SS types), I believe they didn't had that high standards considering they recruited foreigners and weren't very equipped).
