With these kind of questions i say don't answer yes unless you are absolutely sure. 1 and 9 were pretty clear for me. 4 might me a little wishy washy. 9 is pretty much talking about mentally ill(clinicaly) people in household, not just general depression.

Then its clearly no. I have seen what real depression(the one that can hospitalize you) is like. Not in my household but someone else. My parents went through their rough times. But neither of them could be called mentally ill enough to affect my childhood. Atleast that's what i thought the question meant.
