in the early days of the Roman Empire (9 AD) the culture was still pretty much the same gigadecadent ("feminist") mindset of the end of the Roman Republic, emperor Augustus introduced a "bachelor's tax" in order to increase the rates of marriage and childbearing.
This tax failed, however, because women were so toxic back then that the high-born males preferred to pay the tax and visit prostitutes; obviously, the low-status males didn't find any foids willing to marry them.
It would take generations until patriarchy became more normalized, mostly by expansion of Christianity, and the Cult of Mithras, both of which displayed more sexual modesty than the decadent mainstream roman culture.
So, back to the title, I'd say that "When foid nature gets exposed" mainstream culture is already too decadent and dying, totally intolerable, soon to be abandoned en masse in favor of a new, more modest, less feminist culture.
