Personality itself is such a meme, there isn't even a solid definition of what exactly that entails. Normies love talking about "go to the personality gym bro" but the only reason they say that is that they know that we can't fix our faces. If you're ugly, it's 10x harder to develop social skills, and that becomes a self-reinforcing whirlpool sucking you into isolation. If you can't get along with the normies, you may only be able to get along with the losers (if you're lucky) and you definitely aren't learning good social skills from them. Either way you end up in the same place - right where you are now.

The thing is, I think personality does matter, but it can only matter in cases where it comes up in the first place. If you can't even get the time of day to be taken seriously to begin with, how could personality matter? That's the problem there - it's like discussing engine modifications for a car when we're still riding around on bikes.
