That's just mentally retarded. There's a reason why Doctors and Firemen make more than janitors. Because they actually studied hard for years to learn about their jobs. And their jobs are far more important and dangerous than janitors. The idea that everyone should make the same money is also greedy. Socialists want to work easy jobs and make the same money as people who work dangerous and serious jobs.
They also want the workers to own the means of production because they believe that the workers are being "Oppressed" The idea that workers are being "Oppressed" Is laughable. They work jobs to make money. That's it. Socialists also don't want their to be any employers. They believe that employers "Do nothing" They don't. Employers take the risk to start business. They have to maintain their equipment. They listen to customer criticism. And they have to make sure their workers are happy. There's a reason why employers make more money than their employees.

Capitalism is far better because it allows private businesses and economic freedom. Private business is also better than state run business and worker run business. Private businesses have more of a motive to make good products because they aren't given taxpayer money. That increases their motive to make good products otherwise they will go out of business. Worker run businesses are also retarded because workers don't even car about running businesses. They just care about working and getting money.
