Obviously society and foids have less than 0 interest in ever doing something about or taking interest in counteracting bullying from schools.
Nor do they have an interest in fighting for equality or letting men participate in obtaining equal opportunities.
But throughout a person's continuous life process of learning there come times when people realise they still have much potential to grow and in rare cases they might even get the idea that how they thought before was wrong and new insights unveiled a whole new world to them. To widen one's horizon, sometimes one has to leave the past self behind. If one can accept that one has done wrong, one can learn and try to repair the damage that was done. But it needs education for such insights to be gained. If foids could obtain such education for free, do you think they would show interest?
You might say no because of how foids don't listen to men and they don't compromise with them. Taking on a "my way, or no way" attitude. But consider that it's about how you sell it. If you can outline and highlight the benefits these insights can have to foids and society as a whole, then that creates a different incentive situation from one in a market situation skewed towards foids, where they just try to get the best deal out of it for themselves.
Or do you think they are too deep into being foids from being spoiled, to be able to grow up into real women? A hopeless case one might say. Considering how they only ever circle around the inappopriateness of the words of others without being able to reflect on their own far more inappopriate behavior.
Of course the effects such personality improvements can have may be very limited because to listen is not the same as to hear, to hear is not the same as to understand, to understand is not the same as to accept and to accept is not the same as to apply it. Which raises another question. Even if women were to participate in such programmes and even if their mindsets & intentions improved, would their behavior improve?
