Well it depends what you define as tall and white. I'm 6'0'' and Slavic and 6'0'' is barely above average height here. My face has flaws too. Women have insane SMV where I live and they're also totally liberated and can choose whoever they want.

As a non-NT person, I can't have a normal eye contact with people and I often say random inappropriate things or don't process what other people are saying quickly enough. It's literally impossible to charm/seduce women if you can't have a normal eye contact unless you're like 8/10 minimum.

Also I have no normal social circle through which I could meet women. My only chance would be internet dating but why would women chose me over equally good or better looking NT man?

I don't see how. You could easily lecture a physicalcel "just pay for plastic surgery for yourself guy". ALL limitations are changeable, after all, with enough resources put towards it. Even heightening.

That may seem harder to you than dealing with mental illness, but I think that all depends on the severity of the physical disabilities vs the severity of the mental ones.
