Serious Any nonmidgetcels wear shoe lifts?

Just found out that my normie friend wears 2" (5cm) lifts inside of his everyday boots which already have a one inch heel. This really surprised me considering he is still a legit 6'1 (185cm) barefoot. Any average height or tallcels here wear lifts? This has seriously made me consider it.
