Speak loudly. Don't let them insult you without a response. And don't let anything they say bother you emotionally, respond with humor or with mildly self-depreciating agreement to make it clear that they insulted you in a rude way. Normies want to insult and bully you, but they don't want "to be a rude person" rather than a "mature kindhearted adult" or whatever.

Nothing some months of Gymmaxxing and knife fight technique won't do. Knives are sometimes scarier than weapons, and if you know how to effectively operate a knife... You won't need to kill anyone. Just threaten them, or hurt them a lil bit. Idk, might be dumb advice.
