You see all those people out there living normal lives and it's like being an animal stuck in an exhibit watching the people pass by. No interaction except for their own entertainment. You can't feel the emotions they feel the happiness cause your boxed in as an emasculated loner

There are multiple variables involved in this particular scenario. Firstly, how would you define "copied"? If the individual developed an entirely new game utilizing the concept and released it for public modification, it would not be "stolen" as it was custom content altogether. If the inverse were true, the vast majority of "tycoon" games would have stolen content. As for "replicating" a game, that would not truly constitute as "stealing" either. Certainly, the individual attempted to duplicate the mechanisms. Nonetheless, the game was developed independently of the other creator's content.
