Townsend (Emerson's character) seems to be implied to be some kind of demon worshipper who tries to push people towards evil acts. I've made an extended clip showing the rest of what he says to this kid (forget kid's name) and combined with a clip later in the episode (~36/45m w/o commercials) where the kid is videochatting with 3 other kids and one suggests using a car/gun to "take out" women.

Anyone with access to "Global On Demand" in Canada (airs on CBS in the states, not sure if they do OnDemand there) would be able to watch it on their TV for at least this week.

Upon further research (read some reviews) the boy who Townsend is influencing is portrayed by actor Noah Robbins, and the character's name is Sebastian. He was an IT guy had appeared in a previous episode where he hacked some guy who fired him. I just didn't recognize him (hard to remember faces when you watch dozens of shows).
