Do you have a job? Leaving school where you are more or less allowed to sit in the back passively was a major game changer for me. I really had to take responsibility for what I did at work, was forced to talk to customers, drive out alone to do projects and get confronted with stuff I am way too underqualified for. You have to LARP to be an expert all the time, at least if you work with customers.
This forced daily socialmaxx plus accepting every kind of invitation for social events that you get. Its hard to get invited or organize an invitation yourself as an incel, especially as a neet. But if you're in school, uni or at a job your colleagues will probably invite you to normie shit or host something publicly. You gotta go there if you know at least 1 person there that is your safe house. If you know noone and you stand around alone its just awkward and you wont do it again.
