Honestly? I'd rent a hotel in a cheap Eastern European country and spend my last days on a spiritual journey of some faggy sort. Go into the mountains. Read a book. Eat good food. Hard decision. The older you get the less looksmaxxed life and netsmv you get for your money.

I'd say still Looksmax ideally, but try to focus on the stuff, that really works, which means no questionable implants, freak surgeries or short lived fillers. The results I saw barely looked natural. So what's left is good old bone sawing and maybe HT.

Is it just me or do people underestimate in general the secondary cost associated with looksmax through travel, time off, consultations and eventually never go through with it anyway?
