Really all the first one would need to be attractive is a normal looking contact lense to match the color of her other normal eye, a box of Mcdonalds hamburgers to fatten her up some ie normalize her weight and plastic surgery done on her nose and dental surgery done on her teeth to give her a normal looking set of choppers.

Yeah easily. I look equally bad from a skull and harmony perspective, but I also have a fucked up nose, teeth, NCT and recessed lower 2/3rds.
