i ended up in the hospital from 5 milk protein shakes. (IBS and milk protein allergy)

I kept growing until college. I’m still only 5’11” though. You youngcels need to get on better diets and maintain better posture

I advise not to , experiment was done with prisoners and 1/2 gallon a day for a few weeks had adverse effect on their mental condition making them more violent.

Milk is also one of the most allergic food, if you can get organic milk try it out to see any changes.
