You are already ded, but srs, last time i ate undercooked chicken i felt sick for 2 days lol.

You could've cooked it on the stove and stick it in the oven for like 30 mins that way you get crispy skin with fully cooked meat.

An easy dish I like to do is simply cut the chicken into strips (works better with chicken breast) and sauté with cooked rice noodles, broccoli and soy sauce. Very cheap and simple.
