Ok so i started at 14th febuary it has been a hard strugle lots of boners that won’t go away for a long time. i even got a wetdream yesterday.
Here’s what i’ve noticed what’s diffrent with me so so far

i’ve gotten angrier: i almost got in a fight with this normie fag just because he said some disrespecful shit

I wouldn’t have done that before, i would have prob just ignore him

A little bit more of energy also. I’m more motivated to do homework.

that’s it so far.
next update will be 1 mars

Yeah that’s a big downside with it
But i noticed that it did actually affect me which makes it a bit more belivable that it might have some benefits

Unless you have an infinite supply of cold showers and good goy pills you will coom eventually. Nofap is unsustainable ngl.

Good for you @ZkinnyG

There are nocoomer who have gone for years man

Keep going king you will see the benefits. Still going after a year but annoying how you coom in your sleep.

What benefits have you noticed?

I became a human, Higher T more redpilled and discovered the kikepill, started going to church weekly and started going to the gym in that period. Went from beta to sigma misogynist the world is so cucked and filled with simps when you wake up.

The anger is good, but it eventually fades away after a while. Never could get a wet dream no matter how many days have passed, though I don’t have the capacity to remember any of my dreams.

So you basically become more confident?
That’s a big benefit.
Did you see any more mental benefits?

How is the anger good? It just makes me more violent tbh
Can you elab on what you mean?

Well, as you said before you almost got in a confrontation because someone was being disrespectful to you. That’s a plus in my book that you won’t take shit from anyone. Anger can result from being backed up and frustrated, but it also means you have more energy, another benefit you said you experienced.

Placebo effect in action

That’s true but it also made take jokes even worse and also made my mood way worse.

You should adjust to it after some time. Focus on using up your energy through exercise and it will make your mood a bit better.

Help me, I'm so close to relapsing after 4 days :cryfeels:

First week is one of the worst if you're just starting. Particularly around day 4-6.

Why are you doing this? You have to want whatever it is that you're doing this for more than you want the release.

Being less tired, more motivation, ...

it's probably just a bad cope, but I want to see what happens.

If it were a cope, it'd be about the hardest one you could choose. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with wanting to not feel like hell all the time. You'll have to push through a few weeks to get through the fatigue issues. The motivation part will depend on what you want to be motivated to do.

There are real benefits with time--I can attest to this. I was asking the question though because I'd caution against hoping that nofap will act as a panacea for all of one's physical maladies or lack of girlfriend. I assumed you were too blackpilled to consider the latter, but you never know. It won't solve all your health issues either, but it will motivate you to take better care of yourself with time.

Seriously undertaking nofap for the long haul is a very frustrating process in which the benefits pay dividends slowly. I'm not saying this to discourage you, but I have to be honest in stating it's not a quick fix for everything the way YBOP or other sites claim it to be. It's one of the hardest things one can ever attempt in life.

The unconscious urge to fap is so strong that unless one develops a truly based reason for refraining from the act beyond mere temporal improvements, they will continue to succumb to their urges regularly. You're going to have to love the reason you want to do this very much and begin to develop a seething hated for the material you're inclined to fap to in order to succeed. Your raison d'etre relating to this will be tested almost every day.

Just wait. If you get a few months into this without failing, you'll feel like fighting everyone who doesn't treat you with the utmost respect. You will not hesitate to verbally slay people at work or school on a regular basis until they never cross you again. This includes authority figures. One of the best benefits for sure.

You seem very experienced in this topic.
Are you already longer integrated into the anti coomer community? Do you think it's worth it to hold strong?

After 1 week is usually the best time, you will feel pretty good right through week 2. Week 3 you will start to notice the effects declining and by week 4 you are just a horny mess.
Not sure if it gets better than that because I fapped after week 4.

Enjoy your journey into soy.

You'll definitley be surrounded by stacies in a year.

Definitley..

Well I spent years of trying and failing, so I learned some things along the way. I'm aware of what the anti coomer communities say, do, etc. but I've never joined any of them. I did lurk them here and there and analyze. In the final score, they are mostly comprised of normies hoping to land a girl. Almost all of the "success stories" are a few high tier normies who landed one of Chad's scraps and are having sex with her on a regular basis, not guys who actually succeeded in abstaining from fapping (there was a poll on r/nofap or one of the other forums that proved this at one point). Just the brutal truth of it all.

Experience is the greatest teacher and I did manage to learn a few things along the way though. Is it worth it? Well, I don't know your personal situation. Deciding to quit fapping is ultimately an individual choice and you have to decide if it's right for you or not. Which choice is in harmony with who you are, your values, your beliefs, etc.? Personally, my conscience doesn't feel good about it. You have to question and examine what led you to even consider this in the first place. Obviously, there's something you don't like about the activity or yourself that you're calling into question to have even made the effort these last few days.

I've managed a couple of very long streaks in the last two years (9-12 months). Comparing how I feel now vs. before, the biggest reason I'd personally say "yes" to the question above is that I feel better about myself (i.e. who I am). I don't feel like a degenerate. Fapping to foids who would walk over my dead body in real life is deeply cucked and shameful. It just is. There's something very psychologically destructive and emasculating in that.

If you follow through, you'll be more strong and assured with time. You will be more in tune with emotions. You will feel anger regularly. The benefit of this that while the world will never like people such as us, you'll develop the ability to push back at it and achieve a sort of equilibrium where the people around you don't fuck with you any longer and rather just sort of leave you be. You'll speak your mind without hesitation and will not care how much the virtue signalers around you hate your views. You'll feel more 'yourself'. You'll start to understand how most people are weak, deregulate, mindless bots who are easily controlled and manipulated.

It's not going to get you laid or turn you into superman though. That stuff is snakeoil. But if you are doing it for very based personal reasons, you'll ultimately succeed. Perhaps spiritual reasons would work for some as well. Hard as hell though. You really have to want it in order to gain serious traction. Good luck brocel.

Just google pics of Lizzie if you ever feel an urge to relapse :feelshaha:
