It's not a surprise that marketers use foids to exploit a larger customer base for their products even though it has nothing to do with the actual product. It's not a surprise that companies utilise on hiring pretty foids in their company for useless roles, again it's to exploit the male nature and maximise the usage of the halo effect on NPCs.. humans love shiny things.
