I've been thinking about foids who are unable to fuck for medical reasons. I don't mean ones just looking ugly because of conditions but like having their holes surgerically removed or too deformed or something.
I think that they deserve it as otherwise they'd hook up but the question is if they can call it femcelism?

As we don't count escortmaxxing and coercive actions on foids as ascending, there might be more criteria that exclude them. Like the fact that it doesn't stop others from feeling attraction or being able to satisfy another person different ways (even if it's not pleasurable or even painful) might make them fakecels.
