Do you mean that if rape were legal that young women would be forced to find and accept a mate sooner for protection?

Or do you mean that due to rape they’d be forced to have children sooner because they were raped and that, in the absence of a welfare state, this would pressure them to accept a mate quickly and have much lower standards?

I think some of it is going over my head a bit but I agree entirely that a lot of laws and norms we have in place make zero sense in a world where men and women are supposedly the same and where women don’t have children.

It’s become very apparent that restrictions were there on women because without them the world devolves to what it is low where a few top men share most of the women while the majority of males are screwed.

Historically men would care about rape to protect their wives and daughters but in a society where most men are unable to obtain those and are actively primed to resent women then unless they’re brainwashed against their own interests I would think you’d see more and more men not push for rape laws.
