I would like to introduce you guys to the Mike Ryosuke long breath exercise. I tried this myself and I noticed how much smaller I have been getting. It's easy to do, you can still eat whatever you want and it's only a few seconds. I tried to do this at random times when I'm bored or waiting for something. Also don't forget to relax your shoulders, squeeze your buttocks, and tilt back a little bit
