Here are instructions:
Add half a cup of boiling water to your tea mug.
Next, pour in half a cup of milk. You can add sugar to the milk if you want.
Next you have to add the tea bag, you can either;
1. Place the tea bag directly inside the mug
2. Open up the tea bag and empty the tea leaves and herbs directly into the mug.
Finally place the mug in the microwave. Microwave the tea for one to two minutes.
When the time has passed remove the mug from the microwave. Now your tea should be at it's peak flavour.
