2 month ago and he sold me a broken TV that he said worked for 150 and now he showed up in my community service and winked at me to show me that he remembers and that I can't do shit about it and I suspect he is an mi5 glownigger because I used to hang out with pretty bad people and I was probably one of the most dangerous of them even though I didn't do any crimes like deal drugs simply because I'm willing to die and kill them as well if I have to so the police call me a terrorist even though I'm not

Anyway he owes me 150 but I already asked him on the phone 3 times to refund me. And he lied every time so I CBA asking him again. But if you know any tactics to get my money back I wanna know
