i hadnt been jerking off for a while
and i decided to boost my testosterone so maybe ill be more manly :forcedsmile:

steps i took:
1. took a bunch of pills in things i was deficient in
2. fixed my sleep
3. started doing high intensity leg workouts

the effects came in around 2-3 days
i was getting alot of erections and they were harder than usual + i had more energy

then i jerked off 4 times from 4am to 8am
ive been jerking off atleast 2 times a day since

Don't boost your hormone because DHT is deadly. It's 10x more potent than testosterone. DHT was useful in the day when you need to grab a female and get business done. Nowadays it's called rape.
What you need is to block DHT conversion.
DHT is stupid. It's similar to paying for premium grade 93 gasoline only for the car to convert it to 87.

The depression is caused by stop being a sex freak, always high on a fix. When the body signals it no longer interested in a quick j/o sex fix, it finds no purpose and start to feel down.

Also I've literally never in my entire life been able to build muscle. I've tried weightlifting before but i always give up after about a month because i actually get weaker instead of stronger. I was only ever good at endurance running but then one of my legs got amputated so it's basically impressive at this point for me to gymcel unless the testosterone allows me to finally build muscle.

I only know how to increase T by blocking conversion to DHT.

U need to take actual roids or some sort of supplement lol. I boosted my low low testosterone from a year and I guarantee you I’m still low t lol. It requires a lot more then that to boost proper T & cause more low inhibition
 
It's a start however there will come a time where this level of T will be normal and not like a super boost.
