True but if we just pass regulations the enforce those things, then that will help move it along. Some people will say that will negatively affect the poor, but housing is something that has to be controlled by government in many ways because otherwise some megacorporation could just buy all the property in a country like Blackrock is doing in America and bring back feudalism.
