At my death albour slave wagie goy camp, we have awards that you "officially" get that you wear on your chest after you earn them.
I have like 2 awards that you get automatically from being in the job for awhile and not getting in trouble, and I have not received them from my stupid supervisors.
I also should have one for trying to go above and beyond and enduring the suck. FUCKING NOTHING I GET!
