I speak too quickly to the point where people cant understand me and my resting face is pretty much always some retarded unusual expression. I can also barely make eye contact with people, and when i do i start tearing up. fuck this shit man

Same, I also tear up. But atleast I have trained my facial muscles to remain still so now my mouth never moves or twitches when I talk to a person or someone stares at me

It made me realize that people tense their facial muscles a lot. It seems like they are smiling but it's actually because they get tense or feel threatened. You will often see it in girls because they can't get out of hyperarousal. The person who is most psycho has the least facial reactions to the other person's feelings. But now I can do the same while still retaining my feelings. It took me about a year of practice to get my face into this state though
