Went out to eat earlier, finished a bread roll and half a soda, and immediately wanted to vomit. I have basically no appetite, and it’s been that way for a long time, but the past few months I’ve had this growing Nausea whenever I eat, and the amount it takes to trigger it has been getting smaller and smaller. Drinks have recently started being affected as well, so basically if I consume anything at all I have to endure this. I haven’t actually been throwing up, just feeling like it, so I guess I’m glad I can at least keep food down. I just wish I could maintain my current weight without eating.
