Is there a way to determine if you have abnormal levels of estrogen?

I keep seeing stuff about how plastic containers causes high estrogen in men, how true is that? And if it is, is there any way to get around it? I've used a lot of plastic containers and it honestly worries me. Would getting testosterone supplements help?

Andrologist. I booked an appointment with one in late december. Hopefully he puts me on TRT.
