I always find the robin williams way to be the easiest. You don't need an actual noose, just a belt. And you don't need to hang from it, just lean over with your body weight. You should pass out within 15 seconds and the belt will continue to choke you because of your limp weight keeping the pressure.

The movie "world's greatest dad" shows a good example in the beginning.
