Blackpill Is utilitarianism legit?

Think about it. One after another mass shooting happens and the shooter either kills himself after killing them, or goes to court.

Well it looks like the loneliest of us don't have a choice but to accept defending mass shooting victims and ruining the shooter's life as the right thing to do.

My only criticism will be that we aren't humans. We're all different.

Here's what I mean:

When you take a bird and a take a cow, you see how utilitarianism is very hard to apply here? They're simply different things.

You can't add x and y. You either have two x's and you add them; or you have two y's and add them.

These are two separate things.

My argument is, the guy who committed the mass shooting looks different, he was treated differently due to whatever, and there was unfairness in how he was treated; therefore we shouldn't put him in the same category as the normal school kid or high school.

By doing this we are addressing the ways in which his life was different from the vast majority of his class or school therefore the laws applied to them, shouldn't be applied to him.

The conclusion is, utilitarianism is an extremely dumb, immoral, irrational and unfair philosophy to apply to anything.

First of all I don't like whatever poem that is, I just don't care, my post is nowhere near as ridiculous.

The good news is I don't agree with the last paragraph either. There are a lot factors that go into play about society too, why someone would become a bully and so on, for this I need to watch and record their entire life and that's hard, in a world where kids are advised to get a headache from one second of nudity, it's not possible for me to judge someone without knowing every second of his/her life.

I want to agree with you; but I can't.

You see the fundamental inequality here is our need for each other. Toilets don't need sub five men, they're not asking for anything, we're the ones who need them and therefore act so desperate they finally file a case against us.

The fact that we need toilets and toilets don't need us is the most unfair selection pressure or whatever god operates with. It's horrible man this life is a fucking joke.

A rich person gets to file a report against me for not even stealing asking him for money and he's blessed yet I still have to suffer while no money nothing.
