I don't think it's that simple. We are hardwired to like traits that signal youth. I think we could get more desensitized to it because of "overstimulation" (and because of this, there would be some "inflation"), and yeah, there might be some people that will miss the MILFs and even the GILFs, but it would still the be thing we prefer the most as a whole. Think about it this way:
People being attracted to milfs is actually because of the jews. Since Feminism is because of the jews. despite people being attracted to milfs are a very little part of the population because it is a fetish since we are hardwired into seeking young females : milfs are extremely popular on porn websites, doesn't make sens.
So here are the 2 reasons why milfs porn is popular :
The jews render milf porn popular, just like interracial porn because of their feminist plots and there's ugly males that have failed to get a looksmatched woman because of the 20/80 rule and then rationalize their failures : "anyway, young foids are stupid i prefer milfs", so they get attracted to milfs just like white men prefer asian/slav women because they have failed with white women, it's very common.

What i think you mean by this is that regardless of the 20/80 rule, we are aren't attractive but we are functional human beings and everyone could "pass" if they were functional. If everyone (men and women) was gymaxxed the 20/80 rule wouldn't be that bad.
eg : Many incels (if not all) refuse to get laid with landwhales, if landhwale were to lose weight it would reduce the number of incels.
So I don't think the SMV of being young would become 0.
As i said, if in a room of 10 people everyone has 10000$ (being immortal and young) then having 10000$ (being immortal and young) is not considered being rich nor poor, it's average and thus have the SMV of 0. If "existing" had a SMV, then it would be equal to 0 since everyone is existing. Even though it has a value of 0 existing and having 10000$ is a good thing, eugenics are a good thing, it could make the life of the poorest a bit more bearable(eg : landwhale). If everyone is young then the SMV of youth equal to 0.
