If you define love as the stuff you seen on Disney or other forms of media then it doesn't exist unless you get lucky and meant the first few weeks of the honeymoon phase which isn't permanent. So in this case it's not real for most people.

If you define love as the surge of chemicals happening when you interact with a romantic partner (oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine) then it exists, but this high feeling can be achieved in many other ways other than a romantic partner. However, the intensity and long-lasting nature of the chemical high may differ, with genuine affection from a partner often providing a deeper and longer-lasting feeling of satisfaction rather than short term high hits.

It's not exclusive for Chad, depending on the definition 'love' isn't received by many Chads at a long term level, many Chads get cucked in the end, Tom Brady and Johnny Depp are recent examples. This is where environment comes in for influence but that's another long discussion.
