Oh and btw, saying that the mirror is "flipped" is not an argument, since there are true mirrors out there. Argue in terms of quality mostly.

i look like a male model in gym and fitting room mirrors, look pretty good in pictures, but normal mirrors are fucking repulsive. i think the most accurate would be to film yourself with a HD cam

As for your question OP, I think Mirrors might be more accurate unless the camera is really good quality(Which front cameras are often not, even on high end phones).
