I've recently been thinking about whether status is enough for not being average/chad in terms of looks. Surely status (think influencer/celebrity status) would bring you to the level of Chad in terms of ability to pull. Guess what. It isn't enough. I came across this post from lurking on reddit:

I'm an ex-model. At one point, not only was I unemployed but almost homeless. This did not affect the women who chased me, who knew precisely that I was broke, down and out. In fact, I was pretty reserved and introverted back then, low esteem, because of my situation. This didn't affect shit either.
On the other hand, I'd see 'status' guys who would repeatedly leg hump these types of women and get nowhere. They had the status and were loud and 'confident', but they weren't good looking. They thought the former covered the latter, it didn't.
You should also stop bringing celebrities into this. We should only talk about real world scenarios here. For a real world comparison, the good looking guy would be earning minimum wage, compared to an average looking business owner who is middle class, have more friends etc.
The good looking guy is getting those women. And not just for 'hook ups', they all want to KEEP the good looking guy too, they're often just afraid. The good looking guy can extend it beyond a hook up if he wants, it's not like the fatass in the BMW has the final say.

Looks is a major part of status. This is brutal to consider when you think about the incel-tier men that go extremely hard on the redpill/statusmaxxing (celebrity/influencer) thinking it will save them from being mogged by Chad/above avg normies. Andrew Tate (the redpill "king") even admits the many components of status and the difficulty of dating/pulling without status, but I'm not sure I have ever heard him talk about the unequal weight of each element.

If you are blackpilled on all of this and still statusmaxxing, stop. Save yourself from the doomer/anger of reading and hearing about chad still mogging more than a statusmaxxed brocel. If you want to statusmaxx/moneymaxx with the hope of beating chad/pulling easy, it will likely not happen. Your only hope might be to just escortmaxx if you ever find yourself with a lot of money/status from statusmaxx/moneymaxxing.
