In Gokturks LAWS=MORALS and it is called with "Yol(way)".Everybody must follow this "yol".If anyone don't apply this rules, their punishment is death. Laws gave to hakan(emperor) by God(Tanrı).Examples of punishments:


-If you steal untack from horse, you will be killed
-If you rape married female you will be killed
-If you kill man, you will be killed
-If you don't obey to government and army you will be killed
-If you smuggle non-Turkish female, you will be forced to marry with her.You will pay diet and money to her family etc.

IF YOU STEAL YOU WILL BE KILLED

And the most important part

In old Turks there wasn't any adultery.If one oğuz(son) sees his girlfriend with revealing clothes, that girl will insult herself brutally: "How can it is not called with adultery". Because adultery's punishment is DEATH. Even in Gokturk country there was Chinese princess who made adultery.And she directly killed by sword and it recorded to history.Even if it is called with "wildness" by Chinese society, there was perfect disciplinary society system.
