Venting rewatching bojack horseman makes me wanna get back into doing drugs

I quit doing hard drugs quite some time ago, but everytime in getting into a spiral depression i rewatch it and it makes me wanna go back to doing harder drugs.
it's very tempting, sometimes I miss doing all that shit to numb my emotions even though it just made everything worse in the long run.

what are your copes with depression?

I dont even watch bojack
it's so depressing and boring
I mostly watch crazy fast paced shows that give me a bit of a taste of excitement, weirdness and wonder I want for my life, eg Rick and Morty S1-2,
Better Call Saul (only into the german dub)
dang I'd give more recommendations but I'm only into the german dubs of most shows rather than the english one
