Crimea isn't officially recognized as Russia globally speaking. The Zaporozhye and Kherson are right Russian clay as well.

90%+ chance of this. Maybe one more region will change hands, or maybe the Russians will get Ukraine to agree not to join NATO, forcing them to just join the EU (which would inevitably make the EU a more military-oriented bloc with its own common defense clause replacing NATO's), but neither of those are too likely, and wouldn't change much about the outcome you've described anyway, which is almost certainly what we'll see this year.
