Here is one dictionary definition of disease: a disorder of structure or function in a human, animal, or plant, especially one that has a known cause and a distinctive group of symptoms, signs, or anatomical changes.
As you can see, inceldom fits the definition. It would be considered a social disease, because it's not caused by a biological pathogen or internal dysfunction, but a social one.
Furthermore, the WHO has considered the inability to find a partner a disability. They've since recanted this, I believe because it's mostly a male problem and it being considered a disability would entitle men to special treatment and help.
With inceldom receiving disease/disorder/disability status, it would be easily one of the most common conditions in the world, and thus, hopefully, getting the deserved attention with the goal of its reduction.
