I also have anecdotal evidence from my life.
When I relapsed last time, men at work who usually only shaked hands with me, started to be more assertive. One asked if I could do X, the other started teasing me. Maybe it's just coincidence, who knows.
Also when I'm on nofap, in case of tooth pain I just wait and the pain goes away after some time while I remember when I fapped actively, the tooth pain was getting stronger and I needed to go to the dentist. Again, maybe it's just coincidence. But maybe masturbation really has negative consequences.
