Notice: This only applies to long-term relationships. Stage 1 and 2 don't apply to hookups, and the base stage applies less.
I think that the key for a long-term relationship is in a pyramid, these stages are:
Visuals / Base stage (Height, Looks, weight)
YOU (personality, mindset)
Sexual performance
The bottom stage is your visuals or the hygiene stage (looks, height, weight, anything that can be seen the moment a girl looks at you), these things are the base level, if you have issues with either one of these, your chances reduce, (If you have poor looks, a lesser attractive girl may like you because you're well built or tall, or if you're overweight, it will reduce your chances, but it's not over because you're tall, and good looking. However if you're simultaneously ugly, short (Below 5'5), and overweight, it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to have a girl who respects you as a human being, let alone dating her. Thus, the base of the pyramid is where your journey stops, the game is over for you now. Additionally, any two of these negative traits could be the end for you. (Physical disabilities also count towards looks as the vast majority of physical disabilities are noticable to anyone)
The next stage is you as a person (Personality, Mentality, Income, Age et cetera) It is not until someone talks to you until they have an idea about you, if you have autism, OCD, a cluster A or C personality disorder, lisps/rhotacisms, insecurities, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, your chances will reduce compared with neurotypical people or people with little or no trauma, however if the girl has any of these things then your chances will reduce depending on how extreme the problem is, cluster B personality disorders are different, people with psychopathy are more generally more functional than people who have a dependent personality disorder or paranoia. Although women with cluster B personality disorders are more likely to have borderline personality disorder or histronic personality disorder (Amber heard, Marilyn Monroe), they are less likely to have narcissistic personality disorder, or antisocial personality disorder (Lawrence Bittaker, Ted Bundy). This means that those with those personality disorders will have better chances with woman. Personality is less important than Redditors say, alas if you're talking with the girl it will be important to keep talking with her.If you have an addictive personality and have active battles with drugs, alcohol, pornography, your chances reduce, if you have any annoying habits/undesirable traits such as loud chewing, nose picking, biting nails, halitosis, your chances will reduce. Personality is important to a degree if you're past the base level, some girls may have more tolerance for these proclivities (rudeness, manipulation, aggression) than others, however in the long-term the relationship will break down irrespective of everything else. Income is also important only if you're past the base level, if you're unemployed your chances will reduce, irrespective of the woman's status. Age is also important, typically the younger the better. If you are any these things: autistic, have a lisp, unresolved childhood trauma, a cluster A/C personality disorder, are addicted to pornography, and you chew loudly it could be over for you. If you are simultanously neuroatypical, depressed, traumatised, and you're addicted to something, the journey has stopped, however it is not over yet. You fall off the pyramid, but you can climb back on it. Depending on the severity of autism, it can be managed, negative personality traits can be fixed, and habits/addictions can be defeated. Age get important once you reach your forties, by then the pool of women at your age will be single mothers or divorced, meaning that if you are unhappy with it, you have to go lower. However at this age most people who meet the base criterion will have found a partner.
An important thing to consider is that nobody "self-improves" and gets a girlfriend, you just have to be there, and it sorta works out. There's no man with children who said "I met the mother of my children after I can bench 220, or after i took a cold shower for 18 months", it's always just "I met her at work, or at school, etc"
The final stage is dick size, sexual performance. Once, you've interested the girl enough to go out with her, and now you're at the stage where it is likely that none of us will be at, for all of us, we would have fell off the pyramid at the base or stage 1. The dickpill doesn't matter at the end. If you're bad at sex, it may cause issues later in the relationship, it is important that the relationship is fundamentally good for the both of you. Dick size is usually a problem when it is below significantly below average. Dick size will only affect the length of the relationship depending on whether or not the woman cares, most likely they do. The chances will reduce significantly if you have any STDS, however it is highly unlikely that this applies to us.
