It is to preserve what you have.

I have broken my;

1. Teeth
2. Left upper arm
3. Phallus
4. Eye capillaries

If I didn't do these things I would look better than I do now.

All this time I was wondering if there's a way I could look better but now I realise that it's about maintenance.

The term beauty sleep for example, that would go to possibly restore the bags under my eyes.

Edit:- Then of course there's surgerymaxxing, braces an' all but the secret has to be true across all time.
