I do it around 1-3am normally. I haven't been trying recently but those were the times that worked best for me. I have pulled out my body 2 times. once saw some weird palace(was very eery, fantasy type feeling with blue walls and floating entities), and body felt very free and unburdened. unfortunately only lasted maybe 20-30 min and I haven't been able to replicate the experience nor pull it off consistently.


I focus on breath for first few minutes and then after I am calm. Then I imagine a rope and imagine astral bodys hands grasp it and slowly pull itself out. Occasionally there is a vibrating energy feeling which I also focus on while doing the rope part. out of 100+ maybe 200+ now attempts only 2 partial successes. but I am certain once I am at peak meditation skill I will be able to pull this consistently
