Yes, there are more women as a whole, but the sex ratio only skews towards women around the ages 35-40 (their eggs would be all rotten by then). In the past, society was far more warmongering and thus the excess males (usually incels) were shed. However, in the modern world of (relative) peace (and advancements in medicine, men are more likely to be crippled or sickly) the male population has grown unchecked.
Biologically, there are around ~105-103 males for every 100 females. in the past, this ratio was evened by war and disease. One of the biggest reasons of the baby boom was the number of excess females right after WW2. Sperm is cheap as dirt, eggs are more precious than the finest of gold. For example, a single man can easily repopulate a crippled society provided that there were surplus females, as men produce billions of sperm every day while eggs take around a month to produce. But the opposite cannot be true, as each pregnancy takes around ~9 months.
This situation is further worsened by the foolish actions of the Chinese and Indian societies, due to their male preference, many females are straight up aborted. This has caused a lack of females that still has not recovered today. In Chinese society, the male passes on the family surname and ensures the clan lives on. There is a very strong male preference because of this (raising a daughter is like watering a neighbor's plant, some random proverb I found), fathers selfishly assumed other families would raise a daughter for their sons (Which the evidently did not) causing the clan to (ironically) go extinct due to the lack of females.
To fix this issue, one must ensure there are more women being born relative to men. B-b raising a hole is soo cucked

How can you expect anything if you don't give something back in return? Post war USSR had around ~66-67 men for every 100 women, and look how desired they were. Holes literally BEGGED men to wed them. With a little bit of betabuxx, even incels ascended. Solution? We have to toy with nature itself, because evidently, evolution is too slow to do much of anything (at least for the foreseeable future) I suggest we genetically engineer humans to produce 2-3 females for every male. This gene would be dominant and replace the old genes in a few generations. More men does NOT equal = good. In fact, male surplus has historically caused war and starvation. Female surplus ensured peace and prosperity. How can one bring a son into the world, knowing he will live life suffering as a KHHV incel?
