Basically refraining from anything that gives you a dopamine boost in hopes that regular activities become fun and enjoyable.

For me it would look something like this:
- No .is or other forums, imageboards, etc
- No music
- No online chess
- No YT
- No PMO (no fap basically)

Thoughts?

Boredom puts one into a state of creativity and looking inward. I think it is something which is sorely missed by those who constantly exert themselves in the escape from boredom. Seriously give it a go, you might surprise yourself.
 
go 1 week without fapping and do some physical exercise (for example lifting in a gym), you will feel great

I don't like sweets anyways and it's probably been over a yr since I had fast food so that's not an issue for me

I know but idrc if I fail. It's good practice anyways and I'll keep repeating until I finally do it (and then feel empty again lol)

Should I just dive straight in? or should I practice leading up to it? for example start by limiting my .is usage before I cut it off completely for two whole weeks?
